1. Leadership & team development. A top-down development process for managers and executives, A healthy optimally functioning leadership team that serves as a model for the rest of the organization is a prerequisite to building a healthy high-performing enterprise. Optimizing communication, collaboration and problem solving in the leadership team is a crucial first step in setting the stage for culture change.

2. System-wide engagement and collective problem solving processes. This  includes examination and improvement of organizational processes and design using a participatory approach, if required. Our approach involves engaging staff in the process of diagnosing organizational problems, and designing and implementing solutions. This has the dual impact of generating high-quality solutions and engaging and empowering staff to take ownership of the problem solving and continuous improvement process 

3. Learning, development and change support. Coaching and training on strategies, processes, and best practices for ongoing development and continuous improvement. Behaviour change and culture change is hard and usually requires outside support in order to become fully and sustainably implemented. Here we bring-in customized support in the form of coaching and training to ensure that changes are not only successful and lasting but that continuous improvement long into the future.

Syncresis is a word that comes from ancient Greek philosophy which means to combine different ideas, beliefs, practices or schools of thought into something new. It integrates and unifies diversity into new ways of being, and can be compared to the idea of finding “win-win” solutions or a “3rd way” between opposing views. ‘Syncresis’ symbolizes the essence behind our consulting approach, to find better ways of doing things that integrate old ways of doing things into a new higher order of existence.
