Syncresis was founded in 2015 by Adam Daniow, out of a desire to care a unique path and build a life centred around a sense of meaning and purpose, that’s focused on having positive social impact in the world.

Many people ask, what does “syncresis” mean?

Syncresis is a word that comes from ancient Greek philosophy which means to combine different ideas, beliefs, practices or schools of thought into something new. It integrates and unifies diversity into new ways of being, and can be compared to the idea of finding “win-win” solutions or a “3rd way” between opposing views. ‘Syncresis’ symbolizes the essence behind our consulting approach, to find better ways of doing things that integrate old ways of doing things into a new higher order of existence.
