Our Main Programs

This is a team resilience program that uses a 3 tiered approach to  building team resilience. Tier 1. Involves helping team members to adopt the individual best practices  for individual resilience from the world of clinical psychology. Tier 2. Involves a team development process that focuses specifically on building team resilience and adaptability. Tier 3 involves performance support for the implementation of the practices from Tier 1 & 2. This program can be customized based on the specific needs of each team.

 

This is a comprehensive team performance development program. It consists of 3 phases. Phase 1 involves the development of the core characteristics and competencies required to develop a healthy, high performing team at both the individual and team level. Phase 2 involves developing the core best practices of a high-performing team to maximize, effectiveness,  efficiency and adaptability. Phase 3 involves performance support for the implementation of the practices from Phase 1 & 2 to ensure sustainability of results and ongoing continuous improvement. This program can also  be customized based on the specific needs of each team.

This is our organizational culture change program. It also involves a 3 tiered approach. Tier 1 leverages the implementation of the ‘Exponential Teams’ program described above, specifically with the senior management team of your organization, since an optimally functioning management team that sets the example for the rest of the organization is a pre-requisite to culture change. Tier 2 uses a participatory approach to engage staff across the enterprise in the process of organizational problem solving and continuous improvement. Tier 3, consists of performance support in the form of specific skills development training or coaching to support project objectives and facilitate continuous improvement. Specific aspects of the program are customized based on the unique needs of each enterprise.
