Adam Daniow – Principal Consultant

Adam is an organizational design and development consultant and founder of Syncresis Consulting.

    An organizational development consultant since 2014, Adam helps managers and executives create healthy, high-performing enterprises and teams where people are happy, fulfilled, and highly productive.

    As a practitioner, he takes a whole-systems approach to organizational change and employs collaborative and participatory methodologies in order to maximize impact and sustainability of change initiatives. These approaches have been demonstrated to produce more robust solutions, greater impact and lasting participant engagement.  Adam specializes in the areas of organizational and team effectiveness, culture change, workplace innovation, leadership development, and workplace mental health. He brings a distinct people and process-oriented approach to his consulting work which maintains focus on helping clients identify clear objectives and move towards them in a strategic and systematic way.

    Adam has consulted for a wide range of organizations in sectors ranging from the public service, the military, engineering and manufacturing, education, and community groups. Adam has background of over 12 years of leadership experience successfully leading and managing high performing teams, and 20 years of experience with the Canadian military. His role as a manager and team leader has involved extensive experience in teaching and training, coaching leadership development and team performance, and facilitating interventions to improve team or organizational effectiveness.  He holds a masters degree in human systems intervention (HSI) from Concordia University, a personal and professional coaching certification (PPCC) from Concordia University, and a BSc in biochemistry from the University of Ottawa.
